Because of its delicacy and the lightness of its nuances, true experts in haute cuisine call it “flavoured salmon”, rather than “smoked salmon”.

Today, thanks to the fact that we have maintained all the values with which we were born and the passion with which we make our smoked products, Domínguez is considered one of the jewels of gastronomy.
Considered the only flavoured salmon in the world for its delicacy, its smoothness and the nuances that slowly meld on the palate. Our smoked salmon is the product of a manufacturing formula that we maintain in absolute secrecy and which has remained unchanged over time.
Created specially to celebrate all the qualities of a Domínguez with a thick cut, which also melts gently in the mouth, gradually releasing its full flavour. Domínguez smoked salmon loin is known for its incomparable smooth and velvety mouthfeel.
The result of the unique harmony created between the smoothness of the salmon and the aromatic nuances of the fresh dill is only really perfect when it is made with great care, being left at the right time and at the perfect temperature.
The unmistakable aroma of our smoked cod takes on different meanings depending on the cut, a task that we always do manually. Sliced, it gives off a light and well-balanced bouquet, while the loin is a perfect combination of aromatic nuances with a consistent bite.
An intense taste, very fresh and with a very characteristic aroma that is produced, little by little, from the first seconds in the mouth. A very pleasant combination of sensations that have made it the perfect ingredient for delicious appetisers, fresh salads or juicy sandwiches.
We select only the largest premium quality anchovies from the coasts of Spain, with an intense silvery colour and very firm flesh. Our masters turn them into something special through a slow and painstaking manufacturing process featuring their unmistakable tomato marinade.
